The reference market price is decisive for determining the feed-in premium for generation plants with feed-in remuneration. The reference market price for electricity from photovoltaic, hydropower, biomass, wind, and geothermal plants corresponds to the average prices set at the electricity exchange each day ahead for the Swiss market area, weighted according to the actual quarter-hourly feed-in of the metered plants of the respective technology. For plants reporting production quarterly, the quarterly average applies. Prices are shown excluding value-added tax.
